We had an amazing 2 days of the Elementary and Secondary Technology Conferences at Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13. Over 400 educators from k-12 were present to share, learn, collaborate, and celebrate this year's theme, "Let's put FUN back into learning"! Our Keynote this year was Adam Bellow, former classroom teacher, educational technologist, and co-founder of Breakout EDU. Adam challenged us to focus on the many facets of how students learn through innovation, creation, and experimental design thinking all while encouraging an atmosphere of risk taking.

We had an amazing week last week celebrating both our Elementary and Secondary Technology Conferences at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13! We had over 350 k-12 educators participate and over 74 sessions running between the two days. Keynote Drew Minock opened our world to Virtual Reality use in education! Participants had the opportunity to explore and discover in our AR/VR/QR room. In addition, participants were given the opportunity to participate in our first ever ETC Edcamp and STC Edcamp sessions where they explored like-minded topics of interest in an unconference format. A special thank you to all the committee members who made all these special events possible! If you participated in our ETC16 or STC16 this year, please let us know your reflections in the comments section below. Check out the journey from the twittersphere below:
