We are excited to announce recent updates to the IMS Lending Library designed to make your experience even more seamless and user-friendly! These new features are part of a large-scale update to the platform, which requires all users to explore and complete the prerequisite course and resources before creating a new reservation.
Note: In-person certification trainings for the Starlab, Mobile Device Kits, and TransfrVR are still valid. However, you must enroll in the Moodle course to confirm that you have taken the certification course in order to create a new reservation.

- View resource availability by month instead of being limited to a rolling 30-day window
Important reminders for creating reservations:
Once you select the Delivery option, you will be prompted to double-check your delivery address to ensure the equipment is delivered to the correct location.
Note: Equipment deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays each week (excluding holidays).
Upon receiving your equipment, promptly complete the mandatory inventory check-in form.
This helps confirm everything is in working order and allows us to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
