It is so hard to believe that we are already past the first week of May!  This Spring time is dashing away quickly as we look forward to the end of the school year.  There is still a lot to be done although it seems that May is on the fast track for everyone. As we bring this school year to a close, we have one more Tech Integrator/Media Specialists Mtg on the 20th, from 8:30-12:00 that you will not want to miss!

We are going to begin our meeting with a Deep Dive into iBooks, iAuthor, and iTunes U.  Are you ready to take another look at how you could use iTunes U to provide professional development opportunities in your schools?  I am excited to dive into our IU13 iTunes U and see all the potential benefits of using this platform.  Apple Inc will provide us with this exciting workshop. 

In addition, I really want us to have a full round table discussion about our vision, mission, and goal of our Tech Integrators/Media Specialists group and meetings for next year.  I really need your help and input on what we can do next year to meet your needs and interests.  Please think through some possible ideas that you would like to see our group accomplish for next year and be ready to share as we explore a variety of possibilities.

Finally, lunch will be provided and we have reserved space in Distinctive Affairs where we will celebrate this year's accomplishments and a very special Tech Integrator who is leaving us entering the world of retirement.  There are others who are leaving our group in different capacities for next year that we would like to celebrate as well.  Please let me know if you expect any position changes for next year so we can celebrate our time we have had together with you!
