DLD_buttonDigital Learning Day is being celebrated across the nation on Feb. 5, 2014. PA plans to participate this year by having selected student teams come to their respective IU to present an invention that they have created or prototyped during their designated time to all other participating IUs in our state. At that time, they will follow the twitter #PADLDay #DLDay to participate in statewide discussions/feedback.  All schools will be able to view the live stream from their school locations.  This is not a competition, but a collective sharing event.

Digital Learning Day is a national celebration of teachers that shines a spotlight on successful instructional technology practice in classrooms across the country. This year’s challenge theme is “Use Digital Learning to Make the World a Better Place” Click here for the Save the Date explanation.

How do teacher's get involved and register?

If you are a teacher who is interested in participating in this year's #PADLDay event, click here for the teacher resource flyer. Notice that the time line is very tight so if you are interested in participating, you will need to take action quickly.
