Have you been checking out infographics lately?  It seems as though they are becoming more and more popular as we can easily communicate with text and graphics putting together a more powerful message.  I'm continually impressed with the messages and excellent reminders coming from e-Learning Infographics. We so quickly jump into what the person wants to do before we really consider where the person is in the learning process.  I often times question, what is the desired output?  What learning needs to occur?  In this fast pace world of education we are speeding so quickly that we do not always take time to really think about the learning process and work through the stages.  The above infographic is an excellent road map to follow with any coaching initiative.
