February After-School Technology Drop in Sessions

Posted by Lori Blantz on Feb 3, 2019 7:20:07 PM

I hope you enjoyed the SuperBowl- well at least some of the good commercials:)

This Tuesday and Wednesday are my next after-school technology drop in sessions. Tuesday the 5th at One Cumberland and Wednesday the 6th at Burle. Hillary and I are going to try something different this week. We have been having these sessions since September and have had very little attendance. We realize many staff just call and email us with questions when then need help, and that is quite alright. These session were designed for staff that just needed more help with things like ITT, IEPWriter, Google Apps, using their laptops or student Chromebooks, etc.

I have been looking to change these sessions to be online rather than face to face. This Tuesday and Wednesday we will be trying this out. I will still be at One Cumberland at 3pm on Tuesday and Hillary and I will be at Burle on Wednesday, but you do not have to come to the buildings. If you have a question you can call Hillary or I and we can share screens and help you though the issue without being face to face. This might be my last session held “live” at One Cumberland unless I have a staff member specifically ask me to come meet with them directly. So, if you were planning on stopping in this week at either locations, you can still do that or you can email Hillary and/or myself with a time you are anticipating to call in to us. We will try this out and see how it goes this month. Take care.

PS- don't forget about our next Contest giveaway- check out the item on the right hand side
