YES (Youth Engineering Solutions) Free hands on STEM Curriculum (Grades K-8)

Click here or the image above to learn more about the YES Engineering STEM Curriculum.

Learn things like:

  • Where can I find free engaging engineering curriculum for my students?

Go to https://yes.mos.org/

  • What grade levels of engineering can I expect to find?
    • K-2 Curriculum is presented in a read-aloud format with illustrations and hands-on activities.
    • 3rd-5th Curriculum is presented as a comics to preview the engineering work and information.
    • 6th-8th Curriculum uses videos to simulate the problems in a real-world context.
  • What is included?
Each unit contains nine, 45 minute lessons. Included in each unit is an engineering notebook, print materials, slides, vocabulary cards, assessment tools, family resources, and optional lessons. The Middle School Units also include 2 computer science modules (CIPA Lessons?!). These units have everything except the actual hands on materials, which are mostly recycled items that you can find in your school STEM room, through donations, or here on our Makerspace Inventory
