The Second Year of the Mitten Tree 3D Printing Project
We are happy to announce that this year will mark the 2nd year of the Mitten Tree 3D Printing Project. We are looking for a total of 4 classes to participate.
Please reach out if you are interested in participating this year!
The Lancaster-Lebanon Education foundation provided valuable support for computer science education in our classrooms last year. Thanks to a grant received by our ECSES STEM and Technology team, we were able to purchase 3D printer filament and expand our programs.
As part of a project, our students were challenged to design holiday ornaments that would be attached to the gifts provided by the Lancaster-Lebanon Mitten Tree program, which is run by our dedicated social workers, and supported by participating IU13 employees.
If you are interested in participating in this year’s program or have any questions, please reach out to Giovanna_Chamberlain@iu13.org for more information.
