Posted by Lori Blantz on Feb 1, 2022 10:12:22 AM

Lori heard about the buzz of 02.22.2022 and wanted to make sure you knew about it too! Click on the image above for a Google Slide created just for you to edit and use as you see fit in your room. We just wanted to save you a little time in prepping.

This date is being coined as Two’s Day, because as you may have guessed, the date has so many 2s and actually falls on Tuesday!

However 2.2.22 is pretty amazing too! You can kick things off early on February 2nd and keep the celebration going on through the 22nd! Here are a few fun activities you could enjoy with your students.

Try some of the ideas below and click the links to learn more!

  • 22 word stories
  • Study palindromes (civic, level, radar, etc)
  • What is a Palindrome Date?
  • Skip counting by 2s
  • Go Fish, Memory
  • 2 Truths and a Lie
