The Rubber Band Contest for Young Inventors
The challenge: to design and create a working invention/artwork that incorporates at least 1 rubber band.
Students choose to compete in one of two divisions: 1) Arts & Leisure Division; or 2) Science & Engineering Division. All inventions/artworks must be original.

Important Details
- The contest is open now!
- Students in grades 5-8 may participate
- Individual projects only
- Submissions must be received by mail by February 24th, 2023
- A completed entry form, a photograph of the project, and a 4-paragraph essay are required
- Finalists must complete a video, then First Place and Runners-up will be announced.
- Prizes from $75-$200, trophies, and t-shirts!
