Rubber Band Contest

THE CHALLENGE:

• To design and create a working invention/artwork that incorporates at least one (1) rubber band. Choose between the Arts and Leisure category or Science and Engineering category.

THE LESSON PLAN:

Students will explore the properties of polymers using a poly putty made from glue and borax.An extension of the lesson allows the students a fun opportunity to enter the AGPA Rubber Band Contest for Young Inventors. Lesson Plan Resources:
