May the 4th Be with You!

 


From a galaxy far, far away, Star Wars Day is next week! May the 4th Be With You (May 4) offers a fun opportunity to do hands-on science and engineering activities in the context of the pop culture classic.

Our Star Wars collection contains more than 20 STEM activities with Star Wars tie-ins, including:

·     Starfleet paper airplane launchers

·     Mini LED lightsabers using straws and a simple circuit

·     Light-up lightsaber cards with paper circuits

·     Landspeeder-inspired balloon hovercraft

·     Mini popsicle stick drones

·     Jabba the Hutt-inspired slime

·     Homemade mobiles to balance the forces

·     A model ion thruster

·     Robot hand design

·     And more!
