Last Marking Period of the year is here!!!

Please do not hesitate to reach out to your ECSES IT and STEM coaches via email at esces-it@iu13.org

The 20-21 school year was a fantastic experience for many to learn new technology tools that we shared with you or you found  on your own for your students. This summer Giovanna and I are offering seven (7) face to face professional development opportunities. All these sessions are on MLP for registration. We are running several sessions on instructional software licences. We have IU13 paid accounts and these sessions will allow you more time to learn how to incorporate these in your class next year.  Through a grant that was awarded to us this year, we have classroom sets of some really cool tech tools for coding for all ages. Dash and Dot is for our more primary classes, littleBits for all levels, and Micro:bits for our secondary classes. Finally, we have a session on Makey Makey which is a highly motivating coding tool where students use objects like fruit, clay, toys, etc to create interactive touch pads, keyboards and a lot of other things. Here is a list of what we are offering.  Hope to see many of you there.
