Chromebook Shortcuts

Posted by Lori Blantz on Nov 23, 2021 7:30:00 AM

Many of our learners use Chromebooks regularly, but are they maximizing their use of them?

Here are 2 resources to help your students use keyboard shortcuts and learn essential skills like pinning apps, scanning QR codes and taking screenshots. Special thanks goes out to our IU13 IS staff - Nicole Wilkinson and Kristina Fulton for sharing this information.

Learn things like:

  • “How do  my students create a split screen on a Chromebook?”
  • “How can my students or I group tabs for subjects to access websites easier?”
  • “How can my students use the touchpad more efficiently without a mouse?”

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Lori Blantz and/or Giovanna Chamberlain for help with STEM and Instructional Technology ecses-it@iu13.org   Here is a link to all our Instructional Software programs at the IU13 and directions on how to access them as a student or staff member.
