*Some people were experiencing problems creating a new account with Teladoc. These problems have been addressed by the Teladoc team, but here are a few additional tips to make things easier:

1. Use Internet Explorer (not Firefox) when creating the account. Firefox's auto-populate feature is not working correctly, thus causing issues.

2. When in the system, select the "My employer or insurance provider offers me access to Teledoc" button.

3. Select "Lancaster Lebanon IU13" as your employer via the drop down menu (no hyphen in the name).

And, as a friendly reminder - there is no cost for using teladoc services. So go ahead and get signed up!

Teladoc Update - Effective 10/12/18

Test Teladocs logoAll current users must create a new account after October 12th to continue services, even if you previously set up an account with Teladoc.

If you haven't used Teladoc before, but would like to, follow the enclosed steps.

Setting up your online account is quick and easy. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit the Teladoc website (see enclosure for details). 
  2. Click "Set up account."
  3. Then follow these instructions.

Welcome letters will be sent to your home, mid-November.

*The Health & Wellness Center, Physical Therapy, and Teladoc services are available to staff who meet eligibility criteria and dependents (ages 2 and up) who are enrolled in an IU13 medical plan.
