This Month at the Refugee Center and Community School
Jeffersonian Dinner:
The Refugee Center and Community School at Reynolds was honored to host a Jeffersonian Dinner the evening of April 23rd at Namaste restaurant. Staff and selected community partners came prepared to discuss the topic of refugee and immigrant integration efforts in Lancaster County, and particularly how it felt to move to a new place, with its opportunities and challenges.
This guided discussion time was warmly received, and the Refugee Center is excited about the possibility of hosting more Jeffersonian dinners to help promote partnerships and connections within the community.
