PVAAS and Local Assessment Data
PVAAS includes data from your locally administered assessments alongside state, AP, and college readiness assessments, offering an expanded suite of reporting!
This page provides the current status of Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) interested in submitting locally administered assessment data to PVAAS.
Educators can view past data for each student, including students with high mobility, regardless of where they previously tested in a public district or school. This data is not used for accountability reporting and is available only within the password-protected PVAAS site.

Several vendors are partnering with PDE to share local assessment data on your behalf!

Data sharing is available and confirmed! Opt in and the vendor will submit data on the LEAs behalf.

Data sharing agreement or final file testing is in progress. LEAs may opt in now while final testing is completed.

LEA submits data into PIMS; data sharing is not available at this time.
Updates will be made as new details are available - please check back!
Note: Avoid duplicate data entry! If you've opted in to data sharing with a vendor, your LEA should not submit the data to PIMS directly. The vendor will handle your data submission.
