Discovering Your Leadership Potential

shutterstock_140187958 - reduced size for webEvery great leader needs time to nurture their leadership skills and strengthen the tools in their leader toolbox. This course is specifically designed to accommodate busy schedules with the perfect mix of online course materials and on-site group sessions with fellow community leaders.

Great leaders take the time to learn, discuss, and network, and that's what you'll get through this course!

In partnership with Geoff Davis (Conversations, Inc.), the School and System Leadership Development program is designed to increase your strategic and enterprise leadership competencies.

⇒ Who are you as a leader?

⇒ How well do you understand (and work with) different leadership styles?

How do you grow as a strategic and enterprise leader?

⇒ How do you handle competing commitments?

⇒ How do you manage your energy levels - physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually - so that you can perform at the highest level?

This course will provide insight and challenge leaders at all levels, both from the education and business sectors. Participants will learn to dig deeper, dissect real-life situations, explore options, and ultimately grow as leaders using the three Cs of leadership - Character, Competency, and Commitment.

The School and System Leadership Development program will have a lasting impact on anyone fortunate to participate!

An Inside Look

AprilHersheyTitle
“I can't say enough great things about Geoff's leadership class. His approach to exploring our own stories and how they shape how we see (and lead) in the world truly gets to the heart of what leaders need to know and be able to do. I greatly appreciated the reading from a variety of sources from education to business. The journaling and reflections were particularly helpful in dissecting real time, real world leadership issues. The class discussions were always very rich and constructive, and I so appreciated hearing the perspectives of individuals all along different parts of the leadership journey. I highly recommend this class and I hope that Geoff is working on part two.”

"The leadership program with Geoff Davis provided a great opportunity to reflect as a leader and take a closer look at leadership styles and how to use my strengths to become an effective leader. Geoff gave me so much to think about in terms of my role in the organization and how to lead within that role. His examples were relevant and allowed me to think about things in terms of the school level and also the big picture in the district. I was able to apply my learnings immediately and engage in deeper, focused conversations. I appreciated the opportunity to engage in this level of leadership professional development with Geoff Davis’ expertise, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with my district team and other leadership teams from across the county."
