La Academia, the only brick and mortar charter school in Lancaster County, PA, offers students in grades 6 through 12 a unique opportunity to focus on 21st century learning. Small classes, hands-on learning, and linkages to local employers make La Academia unique and highly relevant for today’s learners. Currently, 95% of the school’s 230 students are Latino and 96% are classified as educationally disadvantaged. In 2018-19, 25% of learners have been designated English language learners and 25% of learners receive special education services.

The Power of Partnerships
La Academia Partnership Charter School has partnered with The Lancaster County STEM Alliance and the New Tech Network to transform our school into a dual-language STEM school over the next three years. Building upon the strengths of our community, we have adopted the New Tech Network’s 4 pillars of school innovation.
Our successful candidate must be committed to this vision and able to serve as a transformational leader during this intensive school improvement process.

Finalists will be asked to provide copies of updated clearances and university transcripts.
