Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 is seeking highly qualified candidates
to serve as Director of Operations.
Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) is an education service agency dedicated to providing services, supports, and solutions that make a difference to all learners and our community. IU13 strives to make a difference with our call to “Work Worth Doing” by cultivating the conditions for trust and unity within our education systems and communities, to ensure that all learners are well served.
We use our expertise to benefit the Lancaster and Lebanon counties’ 22 public school districts, nonpublic schools, education agencies, parents, preschools, adult learners, businesses, municipalities, and more!
IU13 also administers the Harrisburg location of the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN). PaTTAN, an initiative of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, works in partnership with families and education agencies to support programs and services to improve student learning and achievement.

The successful candidate is anticipated to be selected in Summer 2026 with a start date to be mutually determined between the candidate and IU13.
