Accessing the Health & Wellness Center Portal
The *Health & Wellness Center Portal is your doorway to accessing the Health Centers (CareATC), Physical Therapy (Tx:Team), and After-hours Care (Teladocs). On the site, you can access phone numbers, office hours, addresses, list of services, etc. You can access the site directly at iu13.org/healthcenter or via iu13.org (click on Health Center at the bottom of the page).

*The Health & Wellness Center, Physical Therapy, and Teladoc services are available to staff who meet eligibility criteria and dependents (ages 2 and up) who are enrolled in an IU13 medical plan.
