Can you build a rocket-catching device to help a falling rocket land vertically without crashing? The higher the falling distance, and the fewer materials you use to build it, the higher your score.

• Who can participate in the challenge? What if we’re interested and would like support? 

Students across the globe in kindergarten to high school. Not ready to tackle this on your own yet, we got you! Just reach out to Lori_Blantz@iu13.org or Giovanna_Chamberlain@iu13.org. 

• When is the project due? 

Entry forms will be open from February 16th, 2025- Mar 17, 2025. 

• Is there a prize?

Yes! Teams who meet the challenge rules and requirements will be entered in a random drawing to receive cash prizes.
